No Refund / No Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds or returns on any purchases. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

We do offer exchanges in limited cases, such as:

• Defective or damaged physical storage devices (USB, external hard drives, etc.) upon delivery.
• Incorrect item received due to a fulfillment error on our part.

To request an exchange in one of these situations, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Any exchange request must include proof of purchase and supporting evidence (such as photos or video of the issue).
