1. Products Offered

DJMusicCollection.com provides curated DJ music collections delivered via digital downloads and, in some cases, physical storage media. All products are prepared and fulfilled based on the customer’s order at the time of purchase.

2. No Returns or Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of digital content and custom-prepared products:

  • All sales are final.

  • No returns or refunds are accepted once an order has been placed.

Replacements are issued only in the event of:

  • A physical defect caused by shipping or transportation, and/or

  • The customer receiving the incorrect product from what was ordered.

All physical drives are tested and logged as working prior to shipment.

3. Digital Download Fulfillment

For digital products:

  • Download access is provided via secure delivery or third-party services.

  • Once download access is delivered, the order is considered fulfilled and non-reversible.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate storage space and compatible hardware/software.

Lost, deleted, or expired download links may not be reissued.

4. Processing, Shipping & Delivery (Physical Products)

  • Tracking information will be provided once the order is prepared and ready to ship.

  • Orders typically process within 24–48 hours after purchase.

  • Larger orders or larger drive sizes may require up to an additional 4 business days to process before shipment.

DJMusicCollection.com is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control once the package has shipped.

5. Compatibility & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for confirming that:

  • Their DJ software, hardware, and operating system support the provided file formats.

  • External drives are compatible with their system (Windows, macOS, etc.).

DJMusicCollection.com is not responsible for issues related to unsupported software, improper formatting, or user error.

6. Personal Use License

All music collections sold are provided for personal DJ use only.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, copy, or upload the contents

  • Use the content to create competing products or services

Unauthorized distribution may result in account termination and/or legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, product names, folder structures, descriptions, and marketing materials are the intellectual property of DJMusicCollection.com and may not be copied, reused, or reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

DJMusicCollection.com shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss

  • Lost income or business interruption

  • Software or hardware incompatibility

  • User misuse or modification of files

Any liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the product.

9. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting customer support may result in:

  • Order suspension or cancellation

  • Account restriction or permanent refusal of service
