  Products Offered

DJMusicCollection.com provides curated DJ music collections delivered via digital downloads and, in some cases, physical storage media. All products are prepared and fulfilled based on the customer’s order at the time of purchase.

 

  Digital Download Fulfillment

For digital products:

  • Download access is provided via secure delivery or third-party services.

  • Once download access is delivered, the order is considered fulfilled and non-reversible.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate storage space and compatible hardware/software.

Lost, deleted, or expired download links may not be reissued.

  Processing, Shipping & Delivery (Physical Products)

  • Tracking information will be provided once the order is prepared and ready to ship.

  • Orders typically process within 24–48 hours after purchase.

  • Larger orders or larger drive sizes may require up to an additional 4 business days to process before shipment.

DJMusicCollection.com is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control once the package has shipped.

  Compatibility & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for confirming that:

  • Their DJ software, hardware, and operating system support the provided file formats.

  • External drives are compatible with their system (Windows, macOS, etc.).

DJMusicCollection.com is not responsible for issues related to unsupported software, improper formatting, or user error.

  Personal Use License

All music collections sold are provided for personal DJ use only.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, copy, or upload the contents

  • Use the content to create competing products or services

Unauthorized distribution may result in account termination and/or legal action.

  Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, product names, folder structures, descriptions, and marketing materials are the intellectual property of DJMusicCollection.com and may not be copied, reused, or reproduced without written permission.

  Limitation of Liability

  • Data loss

  • Software or hardware incompatibility

  Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting customer support may result in:

Return & Warranty Policy

 

At DJMusicCollection.com, every product is custom prepared and tested before shipment. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Compatibility issues with your computer or DJ software

  • Failure to read product descriptions

  • Digital products once delivered or accessed

Defective or Non-Working Items

We stand behind the quality of our hardware.

If your hard drive or USB device is defective or not functioning properly, we will replace it.

Replacement Process

  1. Contact us at support within 14 days of delivery.

  2. We will provide return instructions.

  3. Customer ships the defective device back.

  4. Once received and verified, a replacement unit will be shipped.

Replacement service is provided instead of a refund.

2-Year Hardware Warranty

All physical drives include a 2-Year Limited Warranty covering:

  • Drive failure

  • Hardware malfunction

  • Device not recognized

  • Read/write errors related to hardware failure

If a failure occurs within the warranty period:

  1. Contact support with your order number.

  2. Return the defective drive.

  3. A replacement drive will be shipped after verification.

Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Physical damage (drops, water, impact, etc.)

  • Tampering, opening, or modifying the device

  • File deletion or customer-caused data loss

  • Improper use or formatting

  • Normal wear from misuse

Digital Products

All digital download products are non-refundable.

If you experience technical issues accessing your download, we will work with you personally to resolve the problem.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

  • We recommend using tracking when returning warranty items.

  • DJMusicCollection.com is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Agreement

By placing an order, you agree to this Return & Warranty Policy and understand that:

  • All sales are final

  • Refunds are not offered

  • Defective items will be replaced under warranty
