PayPal Payment Update

At DJMusicCollection.com, our goal has always been to provide a smooth, honest experience and personal support for every customer.

Due to an increase in PayPal buyer-protection abuse on digital products, we have made the difficult decision to remove PayPal as a standard payment option.

In several cases, customers purchased a digital download, successfully accessed and downloaded the collection, and then filed a PayPal dispute for a full refund. These disputes directly impact our account and make it difficult for us to continue offering digital products through PayPal.

Our policy has always been simple:

  • If you experience any issue, please contact us first.

  • We personally work with every customer to resolve technical or access problems.

  • If the issue cannot be resolved, we are always willing to issue a refund directly.

Unfortunately, some disputes were opened without any prior contact, which forced us to make this change.

If you have successfully used PayPal with us in the past and it is your only payment option, please reach out to us directly.

If you have not previously opened a PayPal dispute, we will be happy to review your situation and may allow PayPal checkout on a case-by-case basis.
